Vegetable Platter Yield: 6 Servings 1 c broccoli flowerets 1 c cauliflower 1 c carrot sticks 1 each red and green pepper, cut into strips 2 zucchini squash, cut into sticks 1/2 cup mayonnaise salt & pepper to taste pinch of sugar pinch of paprika 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 tb lemon juice 1 garlic clove crushed Place broccoli, cauliflower and carrot sticks around the edge of a plate. Place the rest of the vegetables in the center. Prepare a dip for the vegetables with the remaining ingredients. Put the dip in a cup, in the center of the plate with the vegetables.
