Vegetable Platter
Yield: 6 Servings

1 c broccoli flowerets
1 c cauliflower
1 c carrot sticks
1 each red and green pepper, cut into strips
2 zucchini squash, cut into sticks
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste
pinch of sugar
pinch of paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tb lemon juice
1 garlic clove crushed

Place broccoli, cauliflower and carrot sticks around the edge of a plate. Place the rest of the vegetables in the center. Prepare a dip for the vegetables with the remaining ingredients. Put the dip in a cup, in the center of the plate with the vegetables. Yield: 6 servings.
