This is a fast and easy appetizer that doesn't need to be heated up and can be made ahead of time.
CRAB PIE
8 oz. cream cheese 1/3 cup sour cream 1/3 cup seafood sauce 1 (5-1/2 oz) can crabmeat, drained 2 tsp. chopped fresh chives or green onions
In food processer, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Spread on bottom of 9" glass pie dish. Chill until firm. Spread seafood sauce over base . Drain crab and arrange on top. Sprinkle with chives.Let guests spread on crackers. Small salad shrimp can be substituted for the crab.
