How about Cheese Muffins? I've made these for years-no cutting out or kneading but avor.
CHEESE MUFFINS
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar, shredded
2 cup all-purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tblsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten lightly
1 cup milk
3 tblsp melted butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 12 muffin tins. (When I use paper liners I spray with Pam, also). Blend shredded cheese with sifted dry ingredients. Combine beaten egg and milk, and add to flour and cheese mixture, mixing only enough to blemd all ingredients. Fold in the melted butter or margarine. Bake in greased muffin tins for 20 minutes or until done.
