Quite a number of years ago I used to buy this cooking magazine called 'McCalls Cooking School'. In one of the issues there was a recipe for Perfect Chocolate Cake. It was a three layer, the middle being filled with whipped cream. Bothe the cake and the icing was made with cocoa rather than unsweetened chocolate. The icing was beaten over a bowl of icecubes until it held its shape. I am desperate to find this recipe so if anyone can help, maybe some of you have collected those magazines in the passt and could check it out for me. Thanks to all. Jane
