Gladys, thanks so much for the brie recipes, I'm filing them away to use during the holiday entertaining season. Still looking for one where something, (seeds, nuts, etc) are pressed into rind to cover completely and then whole thing is baked, grilled or whatever to produce a crispy golden crust with melty brie in the center...hmmm...think I need a trip to San Diego to World Famous Restaurant for more research!! But San Diego will have to wait as my husband & I just booked two weeks in March/April in a Tuscan apt on a working vineyard! VERY EXCITED to say the least! Thanks again for all your searching of cookbooks-Micha
