Hi Tracy Here is another one that is delicious

Brandy Pecan Brie Cheese Wheel

Mix this all together in bowl:
1 tbsp Brandy or whiskey if preffered
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup coarsley chopped pecans

Thinly slice rind off top of wheel of brie & score top of cheese lightly. Place on pie plate & bake 400 degrees 4 to 5 minutes till soft. Remove from oven & mound sugar mix over cheese. Bake 4 minutes more Remove to plate & place small crackers around the edge. Delicious JO
