Best Ever Fudge

Combine:
1 pound butter, melted
1 pound Velveeta cheese, melted

Sift together:
1 cup of cocoa
4 pounds powdered sugar

Add to butter and Velveeta cheese mixture.

Stir in:
1 Tbls vanilla

May add nuts if desired. Makes a big batch.

Use jelly roll pans. Cool and slice. You can also make 1/2 of the recipe. It's the best fudge recipe I ever tried.
