Take as many brats as you would like to make. Brown them in a frying pan in oil. When they are a medium brown add a little water. Add some garlic, onion, green peppers, hot peppers and any thing else you would like to add. Rosemary is good too. Simmer on med until water had almost evaporated out of the pan and then add a little more water (enough to cover your ingredients, then simmer on med until all the that water had evaporated out. Add just a tbls more water to make a little gravy. Serve over rice. It is best if it is cut into bite size pieces. My husband loves this recipe!! He says the hotter the better!
