I haven't been here for awhile-super busy. It sure is nice to be back. My sweet hubby treated our company to great bbq'ued chicken , but he is having problems with potatoes. They were really black on the outside. Pretty good inside-nice and tender . Any bbq tips for making potatoes would be much appreciated. Thanks, Elana.
