Hi Stacey, Here's a recipe I have, but haven't tried, sounds like it would do the trick for those allergic to milk.
CLUB SODA BELGIAN WAFFLES
2 c. Biscuit mix (with no milk products or whey as ingredients) 1 egg 3 Tbsp. oil 1 1/3 cup club soda
Mix well, make sure batter is thick; add additional mix if necessary. Pour into Belgian waffler. This batter can't be stored so use all of it at the time it's mixed and freeze left over waffles.
