Hi, Sandy!

Well, I finally got around to making the Molten Lava Cakes & they turned out really great. I did make a slight change to the recipe: I made them in mini muffin pans & baked them for only 6-7 minutes - they were perfect. They're awfully rich though. By making them in the mini pans rather than the regular muffin pans, there's not so much waste if someone thinks they're tooooo rich.

Onward & forward to the next recipe I can try.
