When I divorced, I lost all my cookbooks. There are two recipes I used to make all the time. One was from a Cooks Illustrated magazine from the 1980's. It had a recipe for Maida Heatter's Frozen Chocolate Mousse Torte. I have not been able to find this recipe in any of her books. The other recipe is a recipe for an almond cheesecake with a chocolate cookie and almond crust. Anyone out there have these recipes?
