I do a side dish that is delicious and easy. I mix potato chuncks, carrot slices and onions(quartered). Add salt and pepper to taste, a little butter and wrap them in double thickness of aluminum foil closed tight so the steam won't escape. Place on the slow side of the grill.I never timed this but
I think that 20m to 30m should do the trick. It is great with steak or chicken.
