Called cream cheese clouds (if I remember correctly), a concoction of mostly cream cheese and ?? was dropped as a ball on waxed paper on cookie sheet, then a depression made in center, and then frozen. When time to serve, removed from freezer for 15-30 minutes and filled depression with cherry pie filling or some other fruit filling. Very good.
