Cappuccino Pie

Crust:
1 1/4 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
1/3 cup butter, melted

Mix butter and cookie crumbs, and press
into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes and cool.

Filling:
1/4 cup coffee liqueur
1 quart coffee ice cream

Soften the quart of ice cream and stir in
the coffee liquor. Pour into cooled crust
and freeze.

Icing:
1 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup coffee liqueur

Mix chocolate syrup and coffee liquor together.
After pie is frozen, pour icing mixture over the top, and freeze again.

Before serving, top with the whipped cream.
