Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

1 1/2 pounds of mushrooms (any kind)
1/2 pound of sausge or crab***
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese***
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1. remove stems from mushrooms and dice stems
2. cook sausage or crab and diced stems
3. remove from heat
4. add cheese and bread crumbs mix well
5. heat oven to 450 degrees
6. fill mushroom caps with mixture
7.place filled mushrooms on cookie sheet and bake 15 min

*** you may use 1/4 pound of each also***
*** you may also use any shredded cheese you like pepper jack is exelent in this***
