Never Fail Buns
3 cups lukewarm water 1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp dry yeast 2 tsp salt 4 eggs 1/2 cup oil 10 cups flour
Combine first four ingredients together. When yeast has risen, add the next 3 ingredients. Mix and knead well. Let rise until double in size, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and let rise 10 minutes. Form into buns on greased cookie sheet and let rise one hour. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. When baked, brush tops with butter. Makes about 4 dozen.
