Fresh Fruit with Minted Yogurt

1 16 oz. carton plain low-fat yogurt
3 T. honey
2 T. snipped fresh mint
4 medium plums, pitted and thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
3 c. assorted berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

In a small bowl stir together yogurt, honey, and snipped mint. Cover and refrigerate till ready to serve. In a medium bowl combine plums and berries. Divide fruit among six individual dessert bowls. Spoon minted yogurt on top. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired. Makes six servings.
