Hot Toddy

1 oz. Bourbon (or Gin or Rum)
1 each stick Cinnamon
3 whole Cloves
1 each slice Lemon
1 tsp. Sugar
4 oz. boiling Water

Put sugar, cloves, cinnamon stick and lemon slice into a mug. Add 1 oz. boiling water, stir and let stand for about 5 minutes. Add bourbon and the rest of the water and stir well. Dust top with ground nutmeg.
