Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts

1-2 cups whole water chestnuts
1/2 lb. lean bacon
1/4 cup Mayo (do not use miracle whip)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 chili sauce

Wrap water chestnuts with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Mix mayo, brown sugar and chili sauce together. Bake in oven at 350. Baste chestnuts every 15 minutes with the mixture and bake 45 to 60 minutes or until the bacon is done. Serve warm.
