I found this recipe for you, which I have not made. One pint of heavy cream, whipped, can be substituted for the Cool Whip.
PASTEL MINT DESSERT
32 chocolate sandwich cookies such as Oreos, crushed
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. pastel mints
2 c. pastel mini marshmallows
Butter 9 x 12 inch pan. Place 1/2 of the cookie crumbs in bottom of pan. Mix together mints, marshmallows and Cool Whip. Spread onto crumbs in pan. Cover with remaining cookie crumbs. Make at least 2 days ahead of serving; keep chilled or freeze. |
