These are made with graham crackers, but it sounds like what you are talking about.
1 package graham crackers 2 sticks butter 3/4 cups brown sugar 1 cup chopped nuts
Spray pan with Pam and layer with crackers. Melt butter and brown sugar in sauce pan, bring to a boil, and boil 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Separate crackers and cool on wax paper. I like to drizzle some with chocolate, for all the chocolate lovers. Reminder, "You can't eat just one." I think I will try them next time with the club crackers or ritz, just to see. Bet they are great.
