This suppose to taste just like the ice cream Drumstick, I've never made it but it sounds interesting.
Drumstick Cake
CRUST:
1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
1/4 cup melted butter
2 Tablespoons peanut butter.
Combine and press lightly into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Save some (1/4 cup) for top.
FILLING:
8-oz pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
16 oz. carton Cool Whip
Chocolate Topping
Cream together; then add vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture over crust. Drizzle 1/4 to 1/2 cup chocolate sundae topping and cut through to make marble effect. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Freeze. Serve frozen.
