Easy Fudge Brownies

1/2 cup butter
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 all purpose flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Grease an 8x8x2 inch-baking pan; set aside. In a medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Using a wooden spoon lightly beat the mixture just until combined (dont over beat or the brownies will rise too high then fall). Stir in flour and chocolate chips. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake in 350-degrees for 30 minuets. Cool pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

Yeild: 2-Dozen

substituition: Instead of using chocolate chips you can use 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
