Sorry that it took SO long to post. I have been searching high and low for ANY kind of applesauce frosting. This is the only one I have been able to find, thus far. I hope this helps.
Apple Cream Cheese Frosting:
In large bowl, beat 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup softened butter until light and fluffy.
Blend in 1 cup confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup apple sauce, 1/2 cup melted and cooled caramels and 1 tsp. vanilla extract. |
