my favorite no-stress dessert is angel food cake (either homemade or store-bought) served with a sauce made from sour cream mixed with brown suagr to taste and a little dash of vanilla (or a flavored liqueur such as cointreu) amd garnished with fresh strawberries (slice them if they are too large). mix the sauce, pour over the cake, and garnish generously with the berries. :o) you could also use low-fat sour cream to make it a "kind" dessert...
