Mississippi Mud Brownies

2 sticks margarine
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350F.

Melt margarine and cocoa together. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients and vanilla.

Bake in a 13x9 inch pan for 30-35 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE! Immediately cover with marshmallows.

Top with following icing while still hot, then allow finished product to cool.

Icing:

1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar

Melt margarine and cocoa. Alternate adding remaining ingredients slowly. (I use the electric mixer to get this smooth)
