I don't know if you are a Martha fan or not, but each month MSE publishes Everyday Food, a TV Guide size mag. available at the grocery store checkout counter. Issue # 12 May, had several uses for chipotle -- apple chutney, chipotle cream, BBQ sauce, roasted salsa, meatballs in chipotle sauce (great!). See if recipes are available on the Martha Stewart site.
