Peanut Chip Candy
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups crushed potato chips
1 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
Line 8- or 9-inch square pan with foil.
In heavy saucepan over medium heat melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Cook, stirring until chips are melted and all ingredients are blended. Remove from heat. Add potato chips and nuts, mix well. Press into prepared pan. Chill. |
