Love the flavor but I'm thinking it set too hard. ANY IDEAS??
Raspberry Jello Salad
FIRST LAYER Mix together and let sit till little firm: 1 pkg. knox jello 2 pkgs. sugar free raspberry jello 2 1/2 cups boiling water frozen raspberries
Add: 2 tsp lemon juice dash of salt 1 1/2 cups applesauce Refrigerate overnight.
SECOND LAYER Mix together: 8 oz sour cream 3/4 bag mini marshmallows Refrigerate overnight.
Beat with beaters in morning. Put over the jello mixture.
