My friend and i have been looking for this recipe we are both 15 and love to bake and really want to make these for the people who are building our new home so if you have any access to the taste of home magazine it is in the april may 1998 issue it is under cookies/bars not under pies as you can see we have done our research but we are unable to access the correct recipe the ingredients we know it has are... shortning, flour, cocoa, hot water, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, confectionars sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla, milk, buttermilk. please help us if you have taste of home or know someone that does. thank you
