ISO: breakfast souffle

I lost a fantastic breakfast souffle recipe calling for an egg-cheese mixture to be poured over white bread cubes, refrigerated overnight, and baked the next morning. It puffed up and tasted great and was so easy. Anyone have it? It belonged to my former Mom-in-law , a great cook, in Evanston, Illinois.
