Thank you for sharing your recipe for boiled Cajun peanuts. We've recently moved to SC and my son and I are already hooked on Cajun boiled peanuts. I bought some boiled peanuts today from a street vendor....just because THEY WERE THERE! lol They didn't have any seasoning except salt and they weren't soft enough for my taste. My question for you is, can I boil them again (using your spice suggestion) and expect a decent outcome?
