I don't have a recipe for Pumpkin Cheesecake Fudge but if you find one please share it with us! In the meantime, if you feel like experimenting, I would try making Pumpkin Fudge and Cream Cheese Fudge and layering the two together. Or, before the fudge sets, you can lightly stir together the two fudges leaving swirls of white for a marbled effect. Here are a couple of recipes for you:
