Does anyone have a recipe for a szechwan or chinese hot pot? It usually has beef
and green onions or green peppers and ginger in a sauce, served really hot in a pot. I've had it in a Chinese resturant and can't find a recipe anywhere. Perhaps it's called something else. Thanks in adavnce.
