At a reception I saw, but didn't sample, a chicken snack that looked like it might have been made with some kind of biscuit, maybe a Grand? on the bottom. It looked like it was made in a muffin pan. I had already sampled other things and then these came out. As I got there as they were disappearing. I could see that they weren't made with barbeque sauce but I think they did have cheese and of course chicken. Would anyone have this recipe? Thanks for any help.
