This is so great! I have been looking for the recipe for over a year and finally came across it here. We do not have a Cheesecake factory here, otherwise i would have continued to pay for this over and over! (take out with double dressing) Now i can make it at home!!!! I did add about 5 extra tablespoons of cilantro to the lime dressing, and a little sugar, but otherwise it is right on!!! We loved it. THANK YOU so much for posting it.
