I thought I would post this recipe for the folks out there requesting something similar (in this site and others.)

1 lb. ground meat (any kind)
1-12 oz. jar thick salsa
6 tostada shells
1 cup refried beans
1 cup dairy sour cream (I use nonfat)
4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack (I use the kind with hot peppers in it)

In a skillet, brown meat. Drain. Stir in 1/2 c. salsa. Spread 1/4 c. salsa in 10" pie plate; top with 3 tostada shells. Top with 1/2 each beans, meat mixture, sour cream and cheese. Repeat layers. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, remaining salsa, sour cream and cheese. Serves 6-8.

Enjoy!!
