1 Lb Potatoes -- Cooked, Peeled, Dice
1/2 C Celery -- Minced
2 Tbsp Sweet Onions -- Minced
1 Eggs, Hard-Boiled -- Diced
1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
1/4 C Butter
Salt And Pepper
Lettuce, Iceburg -- Torn, Bit-Size Piece
Mix Potatoes, celery, onions, egg, salt and pepper. Pour vinegar over salad and mix. Melt butter in a pan over med. low heat until light to medium. bown color.(4 to 5 minutes) Pour brown butter over the salad and mix. Serve immediately over torn iceburg lettuce.
