This is a delicious "Dukkah" recipe, I have made over and over.
7 tbsp white sesame seeds toasted 5 tbsp coriander seeds roasted and ground 4 tbsp pistachio nuts roasted and chopped 3 tbsp roasted and chopped hazelnuts 3 tbsp macadamia nuts roasted and chopped 3 tbsp cumin seeds toasted and ground 1 tbsp cardamom seeds toasted and ground 1 tbsp caraway seeds toasted and ground 1 tsp rock salt (or to taste) 1 tsp black peppercorns ground
Makes heaps so store in an airtight container.
Serve with a side dish of superior "Virgin Olive oil" and a dish of "Balsamic", dip your bread into each finishing with the Dukkah ......you won't be able to stop eating it!
