Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

1 lb. kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into serving pieces
1 (12 oz) jar grape jelly
1 (12 oz) jar salsa (mild or hot)
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard (optional)

Place in crock pot on high for 1 hour. Serve on toothpicks, or hors d'oeuvre forks.

Hi Linda,

This is the closest recipe I could find. To convert it, I would just substitute wings for the Kielbasa. Double the recipe if more are needed. Use equal parts jelly and salsa to cover wings. Cook in crock pot on low for 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours (or until done to as you like). If desired, toss the wings in flour and brown in a skillet or on a cookie sheet in a 425 degree F oven before adding to crock pot. Less crock pot cooking time will be needed if the wings are browned (3-4 hours on low).

Let us know if you try it!

Betsy
