this is for my great grandmas recipe for blackberry dumplings. she mixed up a batter and blackberry and dumped in a cheesecloth and dropped in boiling water and cooked it. it was served with a sauce I think. The batter was more like cake. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You, Betsy
