I have tried freezing raw corn on the cob. I wrapped mine in aluminum foil. It worked really well just shuck, silk (as much as possible) and wrap in foil then put in freezer bag. I only keep my corn from one season until the next. My family really liked it. I have been told that you can freeze it in the shucks. Do you or have you tried doing this? If so how did you do it and was it any good.
