We too, have been changing our eating habits over the past couple years. I recently purchased a Bosch Kitchen Machine to replace my dying Kitchenaid mixer. I am hoping to buy a Nurimill soon to grind my own flour to take advantage of the benefits of freshly ground wheat. Thanks again!-Micha
