Hi Debbie,
Do you want instructions for making vanilla with cointreau or vodka?
For the countreau, I use 2 cups cointreau, 2 whole vanilla beans that
I split. Place both of these in a covered glass container. Put it in a cupboard
that is dry (by this I mean not over your stove.) Let it steep for at least
3 weeks (4 is better if you are willing to wait). Every couple of days,
give the jar a shake. Voila, you should have vanilla. Warning!! This is strong!!
