I'll bet you could substitute applesauce for the oil. These were quite oily as
I rolled them into the balls. But they sure were easy and really tasty. I
used lemon pudding mix and put in a little lemon extract as well with a little
vanilla flavoring, too. We colored the sugar green to sprinkle on top and
they looked so festive. A delight for a child to make! Thanks for your
