I clipped this recipe from the newspaper a number of years ago. I made it for gifts at Christmas.
IRISH COFFEE AND CREAM
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 cups blended whiskey 4 eggs (pasteurized egg product) 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. instant coffee 1/2 tsp. coconut extract 1/8 tsp. almond extract
Put all ingredient's in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Pour in bottle and store in the refrigerator.
Makes almost a quart.
