This one works for me 1/4c olive oil 1 1/2c fresh basil leaves 2-5 cloves garlic 1/4c pine nuts or walnuts 1/2c parmesan cheese Process until pureed Will keep in the fridge for a week or what I do is freeze in ice cube trays then store in freezer bags. Great in the winter to throw in soups, stews or pastas. Enjoy Charleen
