CARAMELS
2 1/4 cups brown sugar 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 cup Karo light corn syrup 1 cup butter 1 cup chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla dash salt
Cook ingredients to a hard ball stage. To test for hard ball stage, put a spoon of the mixture into a cup of cold water and when you can form a hard ball in the water with your fingers, it's done.
Pour into a buttered cake pan. Let cool and cut into squares.
This is very easy and the best I've had.
