Gina, the batch I made were delicious and I can't wait to try them again. I had just missed seeing Paula make them last weekend. I happened to tune in as she was dipping them in the glaze. I'm going to try another batch this coming week. I just started working in a tea shoppe and I've been trying to come up with some new recipes for the menu. That dry batter really shocked me...lol. Next time I'll be better prepared. I'm planning on making mini cupcakes. Should I use 1 tablespoon per cupcake? |
